My office is conveniently located on 1752 Park Drive. I travel to provide patients with home-based treatments throughout Long Island. To schedule an appointment please call 516-319-010.

Appointments/Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment I require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call my office and arrange for a make-up appointment.

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice. Your consideration in this matter will allow me to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.

Emergencies

I work to provide on-call service for emergencies. Call 516-319-0109 if you are dealing with an emergency.
